Andrew Allerton formed ABC Law in 2019 following a year in private law practice here in Tokoroa as a community focused lawyer and he likes to keep it simple. He is a passionate criminal and family lawyer, now in private practice after 23 years of public service both in New Zealand and overseas. He has 10+ years of prosecution experience managing complex and technical cases for the New Zealand Police including assisting Police in 2013 with the implementation of the Criminal Procedure Act, the most significant change to criminal law since 1957. Andrew has an excellent knack of being able to quickly grasp complex issues whilst building rapport with people and a proven track record of success that is client centric and solution focused.
Te Kahui is extremely client focused, friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable. She specialises in criminal and family matters and strives to provide her clients with the best possible legal advice in a timely and respectable manner.

Gina graduated with an LLB from the University of Waikato in November 2022 and she was admitted to the bar in May 2023. She takes great pride in being a resident of Putaruru where she lives with her family.
Gina relocated to the South Waikato from the South Island and has the ability to build rapport with everyone she meets. Gina has a firm belief that everybody deserves great advocacy, and strives to achieve this for all of her clients.
Outside of work Gina enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her small town community, singing at charity events and baking.

Novneet graduated with a Bachelor in Law in 2023 from the University of Waikato and was admitted to the High Court as a lawyer in February 2024. Novneet joined the Family Law team at ABC Law in September 2024 and specialises in Family Violence, Care of Children and Oranga Tamariki matters. She firmly believes in advocating for her clients and finding legal solutions that are in the best interests of her clients. Outside of working, Novneet enjoys going out with friends and family and curling up with a good book.
